The principle of hot dip galvanizing casting is simply to immerse the cleaned iron parts into zinc bath through the wetting effect of plating AIDS, so that the steel and molten zinc react to form an alloyed coating. Good hot-dip galvanizing operation should be that all processes are under strict control and the function of the process should be fully exerted. And if the operation of the first good process is not good, it will cause chain adverse reactions in the follow-up process, and greatly increase the operation cost or cause bad hot-dip galvanizing products. If the pretreatment is not good, the molten zinc can not react with the steel and form a good zinc coating structure. If the post-treatment is not good, the appearance of galvanized film will be damaged and the commodity value will be reduced.

Hot dip galvanizing is to make molten metal react with iron substrate to produce alloy layer, so that the substrate and coating are combined. Hot dip galvanizing is to pickling the steel parts first. In order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of steel parts, after pickling, it is cleaned in the bath of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride solution or mixed solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent to the hot dip bath. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.
