Anchor bolt

Anchor bolt is the general term of various post anchor components, which has a wide range. According to different raw materials, it can be divided into metal anchor bolt and non-metal anchor bolt. According to the anchoring mechanism, it can be divided into expansion type anchor bolt, reaming bolt, bond anchor bolt, concrete screw, shot bolt and concrete bolt.
The anchor bolt (anchor) for external insulation is composed of expansion parts and expansion sleeve, or only by expansion sleeve. The mechanical fixings of the insulation system and the base wall are connected by friction force or mechanical locking action caused by expansion.
In the installation of external insulation plate, in order to make the system more safe, according to the material or finish type of insulation board, many kinds of anchor bolts (anchor parts), metal brackets (or angle metal brackets) or connectors are often used to assist in strengthening.
Anchor bolt is used to fix one-on-one mechanical connection fixings of hot galvanized welding net, alkali resistant glass fiber mesh or heat preservation plate, and performance stability isolation belt to the base wall.
The anchor bolt should be made of steel grade with good plasticity, such as Q235 steel and Q345 steel, and steel with good strength is not suitable. Anchor bolt is not standard part, and because of its large diameter, it is often similar to that of C-grade bolt made of unprocessed round steel, and it is not processed by lathe with proper precision. The anchor bolts of exposed column foot are usually double nuts to prevent looseness.
